2026-10-15 — Full web/HTMX UI for Quiz (dashboard, question authoring for all 9 types, the interactive player incl. TAP_CORRECT/PAIR_MATCH/WORD_ORDER widgets, results+leaderboard, bulk JSON import via both the web modal and the model-catalogue loopback, accomplishments, and public link sharing), replacing the Kotlin QuizController that served it before Kotlin was fully removed (commit 54bd61ec) -- the sidebar icon (apps.url=/quizzes) has 404'd ever since. Built from the deleted Kotlin source (git show 54bd61ec^:...) plus the original, never-deleted Qute templates. Fixes a real scoring bug along the way: the old Pair Match player accepted ANY left+right selection as a correct match with no pairing-correctness check at all (direct user request to fix, not port faithfully). Also fixes three transaction-isolation bugs (a pool-backed read cannot see an insert made via an open, uncommitted pgx.Tx on a different connection -- affects quiz/question creation and attempt completion) and a go/qute engine bug (a nil *T struct field, returned via reflect's f.Interface(), is a Go "typed nil" and fails a naive == nil comparison, so `{#if x.field != null}` silently passed when it should not have).

2026-10-15 — Reference shipped as new work (not a Kotlin port) without the father/child filing system every other ported app uses: a reference had no way to belong to an index, and nothing seeded an index's own circle/Area onto a reference filed under it. Wires both into the existing go/kernel/org.go OrgCatalogue (mirroring task/task_collection's optional-parent, autocomplete shape), adds the index_id/para_node_id columns, a new /indexes/search autocomplete endpoint, an 'Add reference' entry point from an index's own detail page, and the Index: display field on a reference's detail page. Verified with new unit and real-DB-backed tests (sabotage-verified) plus a live end-to-end Playwright run against the running dev server.
